Heat a pan and put ghee to it.
Add semolina in it and roast it for 5minute till the color change.
Then add the grated coconut along with sugar and dry fruits and continuously stir it for some time till it comes into a golden brown color and also melt the sugar.
When it becomes slightly sticky then add the milk and cardamon powder to it and mix it well.
Cook it again 2minutes and then switch off the flame.
Grease your hand with ghee and make small ladoos in warm condition.
Store it in air tight container for 2-3days.
