Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Grated coconut-1cup


  • Semolina/suji -3/4cup


  • Sugar-3/4cup


  • Ghee-4tbsp


  • Cardamom powder-1/2tbsp


  • Milk-1/4cup

Directions

  • Heat a pan and put ghee to it.
  • Add semolina in it and roast it for 5minute till the color change.
  • Then add the grated coconut along with sugar and dry fruits and continuously stir it for some time till it comes into a golden brown color and also melt the sugar.
  • When it becomes slightly sticky then add the milk and cardamon powder to it and mix it well.
  • Cook it again 2minutes and then switch off the flame.
  • Grease your hand with ghee and make small ladoos in warm condition.
  • Store it in air tight container for 2-3days.
